Greetings from STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS!  

Happy New Year from our family to yours!  Our family has had an eventful fall and early winter season.  Two of our six children have gotten married (September 2024 and January 2025). We provided Wedding Florals for our oldest daughter and son’s Weddings, as well as two other fall Weddings. We helped Rachel’s parents move from their home in Florida to an apartment in Hickory, NC.

On the farm we completed a handful of tasks. We covered the beds in the field with silage tarps.  We weeded and mulched the Peony’s. We cut back the Chrysanthemums, Scented Geranium, Herbs, and Strawflowers in the Tunnels.  We dried the beautiful everlasting strawflowers. We planted Tulips in the Tulip Boxes out in the Field.  We hope you enjoy reading more about these activities and other happenings on our farm.

Our late Fall and early Winter activities on the farm are a mix of tasks to close out the 2024 season and then prepare for the 2025 season.

Current Offerings – Willow Cuttings, Dried Flowers and Honey

Currently from our farm, we are offering the following products for sale: 

• Willow Cuttings – Unrooted Willow (Salix) Cuttings

• Dried Flowers – Individual bunches, Ornaments and Mixed Bouquets

• Fresh Local Honey – Available in Pint and Quart Size Jars

Our Story

STILL WATERS FARM AND GARDENS is a family run flower farm and floral design studio situated in the Mountain View community of Catawba County. Our farm offers seasonal specialty cut flowers 🌼, foliages 🌾 and honey. We also offer lovely garden style bouquets and arrangements using flowers and greenery carefully selected and harvested from our fields. Our products are available for purchase at www.stillwatersfarmandgardens.com. Though we are growing all year round, our flowers and arrangements are offered beginning in early Spring and ending in late Fall.
